Marinus van der Watt

Director of Coaching - IRI

Marinus van der Watt has been involved with coaching for the past 35 years. He is in charge of all our coaching and the writing of our curriculum. He consulted at the Bulls Superugby team as a skills coach will also be coaching the IRI players on a daily basis.

Marinus has coached the Bulls 7's team to three(3) consecutive national titles in the past 3 years. His passion and drive will ensure we deliver a world class coaching program to our clients.

Ian Herbst

Director & Shareholder

Ian Herbst is a director and shareholder at the IRI and is a very successful business man with companies such as CJ Herbst & Airwaves air conditioning. He is currently a director at the Blue Bulls company. He will ensure that the IRI grow as a business and Institution.
